To obtain invitation for a visa, please (1) register, (2) fill in an application form and (3) send it to local organizing committee by FAX +7 (095)939 0896. Also, attach (4) copy of your passport. If the nationality and the country you live in are not the same, you have to send also the (5) copy of residence permit. The invitation letter with the information about Russian embassy in your country were you can get the visa will be send to the address of your place of work. Deadline for applications is 9 May, 2004. |
