Complete set of the output data of the magnetogram inversion technique (MIT) is calculated (with steps 1 - 10 minutes) for substorms of November 20, 2003, (0000 - 1500) UT: 2D maps of a distribution in the polar ionosphere of the electric potential, equivalent and real currents, field-aligned current density, Joule heating, input (into the magnetosphere) and dissipated power, magnetic flux in the open tail lobes, and other parameters. The MIT data for the above-named time interval are compared with measurements of the electric field onboard of Cluster satellites. The substorm timing is fulfilled, the temporal boundaries of substorm main phases are determined - of the phase of energy accumulation, the first active phase without, and the second active phase with, reconnection of open tail magnetic flux. The obtained results are compared with principal substorm models.
