Condition of an ionosphere and geomagnetic field above Tomsk last decade October, 2003.
A number of powerful flares is registered in last decade October on the Sun. The scientific community shows the big interest to these events. During this period there was a complex of the geophysical phenomena in a circumterraneous space.
The condition of an ionosphere above Tomsk is characterized as disturbance. It is possible to allocate two periods of very strong indignations (29-30 and 30-31). The given indignations can be estimated as negative ionospheric disturbances. During 8-16 hours the reflected signal from an ionosphere was absent. The reason of these indignations was two largest geomagnetic storms. The given geomagnetic storms have followed solar flares of a x-ray class (28.10 - X17 and 29.10 - X10). Scope of variations H-components of a geomagnetic field reached 800 scales. Duration of variations H - components of a geomagnetic field exceeded 10 hours. During the period from 13:30 - 14:15 LT (on October, 29) there was a sharp downturn of critical frequency foF2 with 12 up to 8.5 MHz. Later the given downturn of critical frequency was replaced by fast growth. On time the described variations are close to time characteristics of solar flare X3.5 (according to satellite Goes).
For research of influence of absorption on a level of an accepted signal of vertical sounding have been analyzed dynamics of amplitude and the working height on a number of the fixed frequencies. As amplitude of the reflected signal reports of the analog-digital converter have been taken. On the fixed frequencies of 8 and 6 MHz the effect of downturn of a level of the reflected signal is distinctly observed. The behavior of the working height reflects the expected tendency to its growth at the moment of a maximum of solar flare. The given behavior can be explained by two reasons. In the first, delay of a radio impulse increases at passage through a layer of the raised concentration in not rejecting area. In the second, the structure of electronic concentration is changed as a whole in consequence of solar flare.
By November, 1 the ionosphere and a geomagnetic field have returned to not indignant condition.
